To allow you to have flexibility, bookings can be changed or cancelled for free, up to midnight the day before your trip. After this time, changes or refunds are not given.
To book your ticket, you can now go online to choose a day/time that suits you. If you prefer to speak to us, give a call and one of us will be happy to help.
We are operating at reduced capacity for passenger comfort, so there is extra room on both boats for all passengers
We operate in all-weather as long as it is safe to do so. We recommend warm and waterproof clothing for all trips; the boats are not covered.
Sometimes the weather makes your trip unsafe to take you out and we will need to cancel. If this happens, and the trip is cancelled by us, we will email/contact you on the morning of your trip to offer you another day/time, or issue a full refund with the same method as payment.
We do not go out into the open sea and we have an impeccable safety record with vessels and staff licensed by The Maritime and Coastguard agency. A safety speech is given to passengers prior to each departure. All skippers are first aid trained.

All boats depart from Morston Quay, NR25 7BH. There is a are National Trust car park, which is free for members, non members need to pay.
Morston is a little over 1 mile from Blakeney, there is a lovely walk along the coastal path. It takes about half an hour so for moderately fit people.
Please do not just turn up. Tickets need to be booked either online or over the phone.
You need to be able to walk unassisted for 3-4 minutes from the car park to the boats. As a general rule if you can get in and out of a car you will be able to get in and out of the boats.
We carry full lifesaving equipment which is available in an emergency. We are licensed by the Maritime & Coastguard Agency, and they do not require our passengers to wear lifejackets.
