Terms and Conditions:
Please inform us of any relevant medical or physical conditions when you book, as well as inform the crew onboard of any conditions that may effect your safety in an emergency. There is a 3-4 minute walk to the boats from the car park where the ground is uneven. A narrow bridge leads to the Bishop’s Boats staging, which may be unsuitable for wheelchairs. Please call the office if you are unsure and we will assist you as to whether this trip is suitable for you.
Should you need to cancel or amend your booking before the day of your trip, just go online to your booking to make any changes, or give us a call and we will be happy to help you. Cancellations are free the day before your trip, however on the day your boat leaves, only a credit voucher is given if the trip is cancelled more than two hours before your departure time. After that, no refund or credit is available.
In the event that your seal trip is cancelled by Bishops Boats (usually due to the wind making the trip unsafe), we will contact you on the day of your trip to inform you, and offer another available trip, credit voucher or full refund.
Our guidelines are that you will need to:
- Book in advance .
- Be able to embark/disembark without the assistance of our staff.
- Arrive 20 minutes before your trip.
- Bring an extra layer (there will be more of a breeze on the water).
