What happens if a trip is cancelled or if it rains?

We operate in all-weather as long as it is safe to do so. We recommend warm and waterproof clothing for all trips; the boats are not covered. You get a full refund with the same method as payment if the trip is cancelled by us.

Where do the boats leave from & Is there a car park?

Generally all boats go from Morston Quay NR25 7BH. The ticket collection point is always at Blakeney Quay. There are car parks at both quays. Can I just turn up on the day without a booking & how late can I cancel or change a booking?
