All bookings are by telephone 01263 749753, between 8am and 5pm, any day of the week. Book at least a few days in advance if you can, we have limited availability. So you can plan your visit ahead we are taking advance bookings now by telephone up to the end of October for this season.

We are operating at reduced capacity for passenger comfort, so there is extra room on both boats for all passengers

We operate in all-weather as long as it is safe to do so. We recommend warm and waterproof clothing for all trips; the boats are not covered. You get a full refund with the same method as payment if the trip is cancelled by us.

Do you go out onto the open sea and are the boat trips safe and suitable for children?2021-04-15T18:20:08+00:00

We do not go out into the open sea and we have an impeccable safety record with vessels and staff licensed by The Maritime and Coastguard agency. A safety speech is given to passengers prior to each departure. All skippers are first aid trained.

Yes, at our discretion free of charge, but please always use leads.

All tickets are sold on Blakeney Quay at least 45 minutes before departure times @ NR25 7NE, by prior arrangement you can collect in advance when you book by telephone on 01263 740753

Please bring cash if possible as we do not have a signal for credit cards.

Where do the boats leave from & Is there a car park?2022-11-02T07:40:33+00:00

Generally all boats go from Morston Quay NR25 7BH. The ticket collection point is always at Blakeney Quay. There are car parks at both quays. They are National Trust car parks so free for members, non members need to pay. For ticket collections at Blakeney we suggest you do not enter the car park, just pull up on the roadside and pop out for your ticket.

How far is Morston from Blakeney and can I walk it?2021-03-13T15:47:34+00:00

Morston is a little over 1 mile from Blakeney, there is a lovely walk along the coastal path. It takes about half an hour so for moderately fit people.

Can I just turn up on the day without a booking & how late can I cancel or change a booking?2022-11-02T07:41:50+00:00

Please do not just turn up, you may be lucky and get a no-show or cancelled ticket, but that is unlikely. We require at least 2 hours’ notice to change or cancel a booking. If you do not show up or we are unable to resell unwanted tickets, you may receive a bill for any unsold seats.

How fit do I need to be to get in & out of the boats?2021-03-13T14:12:19+00:00

You need to be able to walk unassisted for 3-4 minutes from the car park to the boats. As a general rule if you can get in and out of a car you will be able to get in and out of the boats.

Do you provide lifejackets?2021-03-13T14:20:22+00:00

We carry full lifesaving equipment which is available in an emergency. We are licensed by the Maritime & Coastguard Agency, and they do not require our passengers to wear lifejackets.
